FIRST-HR

FIRST – HR is intended to become the new integrated system which will assure the complete defence features in a tactical scenario.

In the full configuration it will integrate the two main operative functions, Search and Tracking, and will be part of a Fire Control System (FCS), supported by a Command & Control Unit, which performs the function of a “mini” completely autonomous Combat System. The system, in its full configuration, performs the following functions:

• Search with X-Band Radar (same as search channel of Radar X or C Band
• Tracking with Monopulse X-Band Radar
• Tracking and Ballistic Node function for weapon control, performed by a Computer Unit
• Integrated with Command & Control
